Return & Exchanges Policy

Items purchased from Mad Summer are eligible for full refund with the original method of payment and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

For discounted items as marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for refund and exchange.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused conditions

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

RETURN

To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, please fill the return form. All duties, taxes, and shipping cost is non-refundable.

How to send back:

1. Add all unwanted item(s) to original box with all original tags attached and must be sent with original receipt.
2. Fill out the form, this outlines all instructions needed for easy return of your parcel.
3. Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

REFUND

Once your item has been received by us your refund will be processed in the original method of payment as soon as possible. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Madsummer.com

SHIPPING

We will ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering pending and credit verification. We estimate delivery within 2-14 Business days of its ship date depending on each international destinations. Please note that any additional shipping costs and duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or taxes and duties incurred.

EXCHANGE RATE

When customers purchased the order with different from your local currency, the conversion is performed by our payment gateway or Partner flow commerce, which included a conversion fee, and please noted that it covers processing the exchange rate at the time of check out.
